BRANDON BIANCO

Owner / Executive Producer

Brandon has written, directed, and produced fictional short films for over 20 years. His vision is aimed at producing and delivering high quality, visually inspiring content via both photography and video. Brandon's strengths include producing, directing, camera op, editing,  and audio engineering thanks to his past years in the music industry. 

RACHEL BIANCO

Art Director

Rachel was a student of creative arts and acting as a young person. As she grew older, she won recognition in modeling and eventually moved to the world of producing photography. She currently works as our art director ensuring everything looks as perfect as it should whether it be a photo or video shoot. Her interests are human rights, and tacos. Her most famous quote is, "All people ARE PEOPLE. Rachel 2020"

CHRIS WERTH

Director of Sales

Born and raised in Germany, Chris has a great understanding in regard to business development and brings a different spin to concept creation. While sales isn't what we typically think of in video production, his exceptional understanding at building and maintaining trust are rivaled by none other.  

Chris's interests include sports (go VfB Stuttgart!), snowboards & dirt bikes, traveling (19 countries and counting), supporting local craft breweries, and is oddly yet fiercely competitive at disc golf.

HANNAH BROWN

Director of Marketing

With an MBA, Hannah brings exceptional communication skills, marketing expertise and proven results to Dreampilot Films. Hannah has studied business in the US, Australia, Canada, England and Poland. She is a lifelong learner; personal growth is one of her highest values. Hannah loves to travel, is a new puppy mama and is training for a marathon that will take place in Edinburgh, Scotland in May of 2021 (COVID-19 permitting).

SIERRA HUTCHINSON

Head Photographer

Sierra is a published photographer and established in the world of boudoir photography. Her attention to detail and skill at drawing out the best in an image is the perfect fit for Dreampilot Films.

Sierra is married to her best friend and has two beautiful daughters. Sierra loves exploring the backroads, horseback riding, and snowmobiling just to name a few things!
