BRANDON BIANCO

Owner / Executive Producer

Brandon has written, directed, and produced commercial, event work, and fictional shorts for over 20 years. His vision is aimed at producing and delivering high quality, visually inspiring content via both photography and video. Brandon's strengths include producing, directing, camera op, editing,  and audio engineering thanks to his past years in the music industry. 

CHRIS WERTH

Director of Operations

Born and raised in Germany, Chris has a great understanding in regard to business development and brings a different spin to concept creation. While sales isn't what we typically think of in video production, his exceptional understanding at building and maintaining trust are rivaled by none other.  Chris's interests include sports (go VfB Stuttgart!), snowboards & dirt bikes, traveling (19 countries and counting), supporting local craft breweries, and is oddly yet fiercely competitive at disc golf.

STEVEN CONTRERAS

VP of Creative

During his 13 year music / film career, Steven has directed, produced and edited countless music videos totaling to a view count of 290 + Million YouTube views for clients such a RollingStone Magazine, SLASH, The Smashing Pumpkins, Asking Alexandria, Black Veil Brides, Poppy, Bad Omens + many more. Steven is a strong believer that the job is not done when the content is delivered at the best quality, the job is done when we have done everything possible to give the content the largest reach / success possible.

BROOKE REYES

Office Manager / Photographer

Brooke loves capturing life’s special moments with the camera. From as long as she remembers she had a camera in hand and took pictures of everything around her. She went on to study photography at UNR and began developing a real interest in the art behind creating a beautiful image. Her kids are some of her favorite subjects to take pictures of. Outside of photography you will find her in the kitchen trying out recipes and baking cookies! 

BRYAN NICKERSON

Sales Director

Bryan has been successful at creating and supporting business relationships within the finance, logistics, wholesale importing and now video/photo production industries.  His ability to understand and articulate his client’s needs comes from decades of creating proposals and negotiating true wins for all. When it comes to helping others achieve their goals, simply put…Bryan delivers. 

JESSE MCCLOSKEY

Motion Designer

A passionate Emmy winning creative fueled by innovation and cold Gatorade. His area of study was graphic design, which eventually led him to pursue filmmaking and digital art. His manifold skill set is backed up by years of experience on set and in the edit bay. Anybody can be an artist in the modern world, but Jesse takes it a step further by always curating new, unconventional and explosive ways to bring ideas from concept to reality. Jesse enjoys any activity that involves being outdoors and appreciating the spontaneity that life never fails to provide. Be radical, be responsible, be bold.

MATTHEW LOVERING

Lead Editor

Matthew is a film-school graduate and producer of videos for over 8 years. His achievements include several regional and state videography-awards. Matthew is constantly improving his skills to better his  post-production portfolio which includes audio composition to color grading in order  to effectively serve Dreampilot clients with a superior work-ethic.
Matthew is an avid snowboarder in his free-time and can be found shredding the slopes whenever weather permits. 

JASON MUELLER

Camera Op / Editor

Jason is a skilled camera operator with a passion for capturing the perfect shot. With over 8 years of experience in the industry and a film-school education, Jason has the knowledge and expertise to deliver professional, high-quality footage for his clients. He is constantly seeking to improve his craft and push the boundaries of traditional cinematography. When he's not behind the lens, you can find Jason in the mountains snowboarding or out practicing his videography skills

RACHEL BIANCO

Art Director

Rachel was a student of creative arts and acting as a young person. As she grew older, she won recognition in modeling and eventually moved to the world of producing photography. She currently works as our art director ensuring everything looks as perfect as it should whether it be a photo or video shoot. Her interests are human rights, and tacos. Her most famous quote is, "All people ARE PEOPLE. Rachel 2020"

BRENDON COOPER

Production Assistant / Camera Op

is a media epithet for an unidentified man who hijacked Northwest Orient Airlines Flight 305, a Boeing 727 aircraft operated by Northwest Orient Airlines, in United States airspace on November 24, 1971. During the flight from Portland, Oregon, to Seattle, Washington, the hijacker told a flight attendant he was armed with a bomb, demanded $200,000 in ransom, (equivalent to $1,338,000 in 2021) and requested four parachutes upon landing in Seattle.

Oh you wants the glam? We gots the glam! AJ Has been doing professional hair & makeup for over 7 years as a professional HMU and cosmetic tattoo artist. While not beautifying people for their wedding day, events, or other special engagements, AJ enjoys spending time with her black belt husband and three little ones.
